August 2020 General Membership Meeting via Zoom
Hello PB Dems - August is usually the month that we gather as a club at Kate Sessions Park, grill, potluck, and socialize at our annual summer picnic, in lieu of a formal meeting. While we're bummed we're not able to make that happen this year, we're still going to get together for our August meeting this Thursday, but we're going to try something a little different - a focus on political action items, Club and County party updates, a discussion on what's happening in the local community, and a social! (And we'll of course still provide time for candidates, electeds, representatives, and announcements!) This will be a little more casual than our normal meetings and give Club members the opportunity to relax and catch up with each other and our Eboard before we head into the final leg of what has already been a crazy election season. PBDC is adopting a Phone Bank night for Terra Lawson-Remer, Candidate for County Board of Supervisors, District 3: Looking to get involved? Help us flip the San Diego Board of Supervisors from red to blue by joining us for a phone banking event for Terra Lawson-Remer. Just RSVP, and Team Terra will send you instructions and the Zoom link. The first part of the meeting will include a short training as well.

PBDC is thrilled this measure will appear on the general election ballot, and we encourage you to attend and/or donate.
