March 3rd Primary means it's GO Team Month + Ballot Discussion
Date: Thursday, February 6th, 2020 Time: 6:00 pm Place: Oakmont of Pacific Beach, 955 Grand Ave, 3rd Floor,
San Diego, CA 92109 Hello PB Dems! Please join us in February for our General Membership Meeting - the last meeting before the March 3rd primary election!!
Meeting Agenda:
GO Team Packets Distribution: Our awesome GO Team coordinator and executive board member, Dina Feldman-Scarr, will have SDCDP's GO Team packets (and PBDC t-shirts if you signed up for the first time!) to distribute for those who attended the GO Team training in January. She'll also be available for any questions you may have before you head out to knock on doors. League of Women Voters - Presentation on Ballot Propositions and Measures
Anne Hoiberg and Cody Petterson from the League of Women Voters will be leading an in-depth discussion on State Propositions and Local Ballot Measures for the upcoming March election. They'll discuss what each actually means, the pros and cons, who supports/opposes each, and will take Q&A. We've had the League present on ballot measures/props for previous elections, and feel that our members will walk away from the meeting with a greater understanding of what actually is on the ballot. We're also open to discussing anything else ballot/election related! Can you believe it's almost primary day?
