PACIFIC BEACH DEMOCRATIC CLUB GENERAL MEETING

Date: Tomorrow, Thursday, July 1st! Time: 6:00 pm via Zoom (Meeting will open 10 minutes early) Zoom Link: Link to Register July Agenda & June Minutes: Link to Review First, please TAKE OUR CLUB SURVEY about comfort levels with returning to in-person meetings and events. This will help us plan for the coming months! We will also remind folks to fill this out in the meeting tomorrow. Our upcoming meeting will focus on two main components:

1. Information and a discussion on the Gavin Newsom Recall and recall rules! E-board member Dina Feldman-Scarr will talk about her involvement in the Gavin Newsom anti-recall effort and potential volunteer opportunities! Then, club member Karl Rand will discuss recall rules in general and attempts being made to rectify them in our legislature.

2. Club member Wendy Gelernter will provide updates on behalf of her organization, Take Action San Diego! This will include updates on Measure B and Swing Left's strategy including the importance of the Virginia legislative races.
