ROV Safety and Security Protocols for the Upcoming Elections
Kim's presentation will cover election security and voter protection plans for the 2026 primary and general elections, poll worker roles and expectations, stipend amounts, how to submit an application, and general information on ROV safety and security protocols.

Bio: Kim Lange has worked for the San Diego County Registrar of Voters since 2020 and has been the Elections Manager in Poll Worker Recruitment since 2022. During the election cycle she oversees the recruitment, placement, and supervision of up to 3,000 poll workers throughout the county. Under Kim’s leadership, the recruitment department operates several special programs including bilingual and high school poll workers, and a newly formed partnership with Miramar College which gives young adults the opportunity to build long term engagement with democracy.
